If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Take it for a run:
You may return lightly used shoes for a merchandise credit within 14 days of original purchase on your receipt.
Returns with an original receipt:
Product must be in new and unused condition.
May be made within 60 days of original purchase date for a refund based on the original form of payment.
Cash refunds exceeding $250 will be issued a refund check to be mailed within 7 days.
Credit card purchases will be issued a credit to the card used to make the original purchase.
May be made within 60 days of original purchase for a merchandise credit.
Returns without a receipt:
May be exchanged for the item's lowest selling price within the last 60 days.
May be returned for the item's lowest selling price within the last 60 days for a merchandise credit.
A valid photo ID is required except where prohibited by law.
Price adjustment policy:
A one time adjustment may be made within 14 days of original purchase.
Original sales receipt is required.
Electronocs returns:
Electronic returns are subject to individual vendor requirements.
